Black & whites taken by the Erskine family during lodge construction and successful dude ranch days.

Erskines bought the ranch in Spring of 1946 and constructed the lodge in 1 1/2 years.

Fireplace contains 50 tons of rock taken from a stream bed near Tonasket.

All timbers were sawn from property using a portable mill and horse drawn sled.
